The installation took place this week and I must say it went very smoothly. We have been using our Shortel system across multiple sites (including New York) since August 2008. Installs have been fast and relatively pain free and the support from the M12 Solutions team has been excellent. The Shoretel web based admin console makes configuring and maintaining the system very easy and using VoIP across our networks enables cost-effective calls.
