Today’s the day! Our first customers in Portsmouth have been connected to the brand new CityFibre full fibre network. Our team and the CityFibre engineers have been beavering away behind the scenes to get everything ready for the first people to benefit from the hyperfast speeds full fibre brings.
Sharon from Southsea is customer number one on the network and she couldn’t be happier. Previously struggling to work from home with a connection which was often unstable and unable to cope, Sharon was keen to order a full fibre connection from Giganet as soon as it became available. She chose the 500Mb/s package, priced at £37 a month and this will be more than capable of coping with the demands of her household.
Sharon is the first customer to go live in Portsmouth so we gave her some fizz to celebrate!
